With its lengthy wine list and tempting bites, Wine Connection is a crowd favourite. To usher in the F1 season, Wine Connection Bistros at Cuppage Terrace, West Coast Plaza and Robertson Walk will stream the race between 15 and 17 September. There will also be a selection of exclusive “pit stop” specials featuring comfort classics and special new dishes. New dishes include the butter poached Canadian lobster roll and the chilli crab with buttered brioche roll – both available from 11 to 24 September. Add to the celebratory atmosphere and toast the race with a bottle of ERNEST RAPENEAU Champagne Brut ($59.90) or the Grande Reserve Brut Champagne Magnum ($99.90), both available at exclusive dine-in prices.
