Singapore Airlines (SIA) is featured in a new children’s picture storybook titled Lost in Singapore, penned by author Matthew Cooper and illustrated by Hong Kong-based artist Candice Phang. The story revolves around a young boy’s quest to find his missing pet parrot, which takes him on an adventure across the island. Along the way, he visits iconic locations like Changi Airport and receives help from the Singapore Girl, among other characters.
“I believe books are vital for encouraging a love of reading,” shares Cooper. “I am delighted that SIA shares this same belief in the importance of education and supported the production of this book.”
Another great gift for the kids, and just in time for Children’s Day, is the Kris Junior Puppy by Jellycat. This limited edition soft toy – with the iconic Singapore Airlines batik design on its ears and paws – is a special collaboration between Singapore Airlines and soft toy company Jellycat, and makes the perfect travel companion for little explorers.
