Discover over 500 whiskies by the glass, as well as a selection of cocktails like the Glasgow Mule and Chrysanthemum Whisky Sour, on the menu. Among its formidable collection of luxury spirits is the exclusive Frank McHardy Signature Series, a selection of single cask malts personally picked by the whisky legend himself.
Complementing its offerings from its seafood bar is a collaboration with Spanish restaurant FOC, which is led by acclaimed chef Nandu Jubany. It’s a limited-time menu of Catalan-inspired small bites including the featherlight foie gras mousse with vermouth rosso jelly and golden crab croquetas with spicy Sriracha mayo.
