Its latest menu, curated by head bartender Zana Möhlmann, pays loving tribute to its namesake’s changing seasons. The playful Where The Boys Are captures the carefree attitude of Spring Break with a beer pong-inspired serve, with an assertive mezcal and tequila base, brightened with citrus, plum and blackberry. Summer is toasted with a surprising take on the hot toddy. Served at 70°C, it’s an aromatic blend of butter-washed genever and spiced honey.
The bar bites are just as elevated, from the devilled-style Smoked Soy Egg to the decadent Lobster Taco, but the truly indulgent spread is on Sundays when the bar hosts its famous adults-only cocktail brunch.
