
Inspired by Andy Warhol’s Silver Factory, East47 is an exclusive, 12-seater bijou cocktail studio tucked away in Manhattan Bar. Lustrous metallic walls, modernist Breuer chairs and Barovier & Toso Opera Venetian crystal lights create an opulent yet intimate atmosphere. It’s the perfect backdrop for the bar’s progressive cocktail and culinary program that reflects Warhol’s boundary-pushing spirit. Designed by Head Bartender Antonino Donato together with Chef de Cuisine Carolyn Or, the menu combines bold flavours with innovative techniques.
Take the Cosmo Marilyn, with vodka, tequila, and milky oolong tea with passion fruit and pecan nuts, which finds an unexpected match in Chawanmushi, a tea-infused egg custard topped with fresh Hokkaido uni. All cocktails and dishes are available à la carte, with recommended pairings, or as part of a degustation experience of three food and cocktail pairings at $140 per person.
