Sommelier Amelia Birch created this Newtown hotspot primarily to celebrate female winemakers. Each month, Birch chooses 12 wines for the menu – focusing on a specific region, varietal or winemaker – which can be enjoyed by the glass, bottle or in a flight. Grab a perch in the cosy bar to enjoy top-notch tipples – snacking plates are also available – then take a bottle home from the shop when you leave.
