
With a legacy spanning over forty years ago, the beloved Chinese restaurant at the Conrad Singapore was revamped in 2024 by the award-winning Matthew Shang Design Office. Soft green hues and hand-painted wallpaper from De Gournay evoke the tranquility of imperial Chinese gardens, setting the stage for Chef Liu Ching Hai’s masterful dishes such as doubled boiled seafood treasure soup and Peking duck. Meals are complemented by artisanal Chinese teas as tea sommelier Liu Tian leads a tableside tea ceremony. Imbibers can enjoy unique tea cocktails like the Summer Palace martini, made with an exclusive gin by Brass Lion, Dancong oolong and white peony tea. There’s also an exceptional wine list which includes one of Singapore’s most extensive selection of premium Chinese wines.
