Housed in a former art gallery, Bikini features walls adorned with splashes of hot pink and a private room suspended above its main dining area. The food is also unexpected, putting a playful spin on classic fine dining. Classified into Mouthfuls, Small, Grilled, Garden and Sweet, some of the more memorable offerings on the menu include glazed beetroot with whipped feta and candied hazelnuts, as well as barramundi with pomme purée, XO clams and seaweed crackers.
