The Gothic City Hall and, right opposite, the Maison du Roi, housing the Brussels City Museum, are the obvious draws, but you can lose hours admiring the opulent guildhouses that surround them. A short walk brings you to the Manneken-Pis – a small statue of a peeing boy with a rotating wardrobe of outfits that is Belgian surrealism in microcosm.
